Woombye Centre – 29 Blackall Street Woombye

 

WCK is set in a spacious, multi-roomed old Queenslander building, with lots of natural light and huge outdoor spaces, conveniently located on the main street of Woombye (between the doctor and dentist).  

 

WCK Explorers access our beautiful natural tree lined outside spaces and hands on learning studios with open ended natural, intelligent materials, large loose parts, tinkering in the tool shed, working with real materials or in the sand and mud pits.  

 

 Inside they will spend time in one of our studio spaces exploring in our illumine- light and construction space – observing light and shadow possibilities, patterning in the small loose parts studio, creating works of art in the art studio, working with clay other art mediums, reading, and researching in our library space, or the dance and music studio.
