Fees and Child Care Subsidy

Fees are based on the Government estimate for providing Early Childhood programs.  Families pay the  Gap fee after reduction the ChIldcare Subsidy (CCS) / hour entitlement.    To assist families we offer a range of options so that you can choose the hours you need and maximise your hours and the subsidy you are eligible for.  

Our Bush and Farm programs run for a full day 8am to 4.30pm drop and pick up from the site.  

Children  attending Bush Kinda can still book into the later session and walk back to centre for pickup 5/5.30pm

 

Fees

Fees are billed  weekly with the exception of the Christmas holiday periods,  Children attending the government Kindergarten program are receive a fee reduction for 40 weeks per year.

 

Fees are to be paid weekly in advance via fatzebra direct debit set up at the time of commencement.

 

Fees are payable for absences due to family holidays, illness and also for days when the WCK is closed for extra ordinary events i.e. storms, lockdowns, fires. Two weeks holidays rate is offered when applied for.  Make up and swap days are offered when positions are available in the ratios.  Fee increases occur at the end of Term 2 each year, in line with the Childcare Subsidy increase.
